On Friday 3rd class enjoyed baking some chocolate chip cookies. They used a mix of white and milk chocolate in an all-in-one recipe. The final product turned out to be delicious. The children put the finishing touches to their Viking Writing Plaques of which they are very proud. It was our last day with our student teacher, Lily. We would like to thank her for all her hard work over the last number of weeks and wish her all the best as she returns to college.
