Fr Tom came to our school this morning for a prayer service to mark Ash Wednesday. He spoke to us about the importance of Ash Wednesday and different things we could do to prepare for Lent. Fr Tom blessed some ashes that were made from blessed palm branches, these ashes were taken from last year’s palm Sunday Mass. He then distributed the ashes. Thank you Fr Tom.
