Well done to our debate team who took part in the first round of the Concern Debate Competition.
We were opposing the motion ‘Every Person in Ireland Should Be Given a Bicycle’. Our opponents Scoil Chroí Naofa proposed the motion and performed brilliantly on the day. Thankfully for us the adjudicators decided the motion would not be carried and Rathcormac were successful.
Well done to our team, timekeeper and researchers. We look forward to another debate in January.
