On Wednesday 16th October we welcomed Garda Alan and Tara from Sligo Garda Station along with Laura, Youth Worker at the Garda Youth Action Project Sligo to our school to speak with our 5th and 6th class students.
They spoke to us about the dangers of fireworks and advised us on how to stay safe over the Halloween break.
Students enjoyed the opportunity to ask plenty of questions and our visitors were very generous with their time.
