3rd class studied natural fabrics recently. A sample of cotton was donated to our class. Part of the lesson was taking care or our clothes. The children enjoyed reading the care labels on their school sweatshirts. The children also studied the respiratory sysem and used balloons to look at the capacity of their lungs. Many were pleasantly surprised with the result!
