Over the last few weeks all classes have had an opportunity to enjoy body percussion and drumming . Thanks to Sligo Education Centre we have had use of a variety of Samba percussion instruments. We learned and played various rhythms and call and answer beats which brought smiles to all of our faces. At a school assembly we showed off our skills. Here is some evidence! We are already looking forward to next time.
